Following an unexpected storm, concern was expressed over our collective caring for neighbors dealing with extraordinary challenges or who have special needs.  We've decided to offer neighborly hands and are willing to . . . •	Regularly check in — in person or by phone — with those who ask us, for example, to just chat and/or see if we can give assistance; •	Provide rides to appointments, haircuts, grocery stores, and the like; •	Take trash cans to and fro; •	Pick up prescriptions, groceries and other stuff from Nashua-area shops.  We clearly don't wish to be intrusive, only to be better and more useful neighbors.  Please let us know if we can give you a hand by calling. . . 2019 Monthly Condo Fee
Starting with January 2019 through December 2019, the condo fee will be $375 per unit per month. Please make your check for $375 payable to Country Hill Estates and mail your payment along with your payment coupon, or print your account number on the check, to: Country Hill Estates Resolution Property Management, LLC 1 Hardy Rd #391 Bedford, NH 03110-4915 Note: Monthly Condo Fees are due and payable on or before the first (1st) day of each month. A late payment fee of $35.00 will be assessed for payments received after the fifteenth (15th) day of the month. Additionally, in the event of a default by any unit owner which continues for a period in excess of thirty (30) days, such unit owner shall be obligated to pay interest on all amounts due and owing at twelve percent (12%) per annum from the due date. Special Assessments are due and payable according to the schedule established when the assessment is created by a vote of the Board.
Winter Parking Ban
There shall be no overnight parking on any street in CHECA from November 1 through April 1 during the hours of midnight to six a.m. Mail House parking lot and overflow parking on Falls Grove can be used for overnight guests provided you get prior permission from Property Manager. During snow storms, there will be no on-street parking day or night. Violators will be fined or towed. Contact Brian Egan if you have questions.
